Please join us for a bbq by the pool tomorrow at 5:30. There will be a live band, ping pong, badminton, ice cream and other fun things.

A Big time shout out to Kaela Marcus. Kaela will be attending the STATE SWIM CHAMPIONSHIPS on Friday and Saturday, May 22nd and 23rd . The meet will be held Clovis and Kaela will be swimming against the best competition the state has to offer. This is the very first time that California has offered a state meet for swimming, and Kaela is very happy to be representing EDHS; Go Cougars!

Shout out to Crystal Mendonza for your leadership and contributions to manos a la obra. Thank you Crystal!

Sophomores....pick up your yearbooks in V195 at lunch today

There is a VERY important freshman football meeting at lunch on Friday. Summer camp information and dates will be record. ALL freshman interested in playing football next fall please see Coach Hart in the small gym at lunch on Friday.

Attention all seniors that played water polo this year: There will be a very brief meeting today during break time in front of the Foothill Grill.

Manos a la Obra members, this Friday is our end of the year fiesta, movie night.
Room N-5, 6- 8 pm. Please be sure to attend. See you all there!

The final due date for all library materials was last Friday. Don’t forget to return all your borrowed items and pay any overdue fines to clear your account before the end of this school year! If you would like to check out some books to read while you have more free time over the summer, just sign up for the library’s Summer Reading Program this week. Once you register, you may check out 3 books to read over the summer and have a special August due date. Students who are current 9, 10 and 11 graders who are returning to EDHS next fall can join. So come by, register, and pick out your books

Attention Spanish AP Students! If you are planning to take AP Spanish in 2015-2016, be at a MANDATORY MEETING in Room N7 with Mrs. Thornburgh today at lunch!

Attention all students planning on taking AP Environmental Science next year: please attend a mandatory meeting in Mr. Gautschi's room, D145, today at lunch. We will be discussing summer AP assignments and the syllabus. This is the second and final mandatory meeting. 

Hey Everyone, this Friday during lunch right after the rally, Physics will be racing their homemade boats. So come cheer them on as they sink, swim or sail across the pool!

seniors can pay for Sober grad night tickets at senior check out. Cash or check. They can still purchase in the office too. Tickets are still $65 and will be $75 at the door. 

Attention seniors – remember to complete your senior check out forms this week, the checkout process will be next Friday May 29th in the small gym. If you were absent and don’t have your check out form please see Ms. Atkins in the counseling office as soon as possible.

Come to the El Dorado County Library for the Teen Summer Reading Club kickoff party! Win prizes by reading along with fun activities all summer. Come the 16th of June at 11 AM for the kickoff party, then every Tuesday at 2 PM. This year's theme is super heroes! We will have food and Wii gaming, so join us! See you there! Bring your superhero wear!

Summer is almost here, but it’s time to think about Fall sports already! Freshman, Sophomores and Juniors, now is the time to get cleared for a Fall sport for next school year! Come pick up an athletic packet in the front office. You will need to get a physical, so plan ahead!! Clearance packets may be turned into the Athletic Secretary desk before school is out for the summer, however they will not be accepted during class time! Clearance packets may be turned in over the summer on the following dates: June 1st-5th and August 3rd-7th from 8am-2pm only. Tryouts start on the first day of school, August 10th, and YOU MUST BE CLEARED PRIOR TO TRYING OUT!!! If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Garrett in the main office.

This week is the last week of Blue Latte and Academic Recovery! There will be the last week for the late bus and any extra help you may need before finals!
